Sports and Training Program
1- Sports training is provided and followed by all bodies that care for people with mental disabilities inside Kuwait (schools - associations - private clubs).
2- Providing training and educational programs to prepare technical cadres of trainers, teachers and referees.
3- The Kuwaiti Special Olympics offers opportunities to participate in sports competitions of 26 Olympic sports for athletes with intellectual disabilities.

COMPETITION IN SPORTS
1- Players are divided according to gender, age group, and athletic ability, so that players of similar ability compete in one group.
2- It is stipulated that the difference between the highest and lowest achieved number during the division process for the players of one group does not exceed 15%.
3- Each participating player is honored regardless of the results achieved.
